Update...
I have rewired the speakers so each woofer has its own 125asx2BTL amp, and also pulled all the 50asx2btl amps from the amp case. I replaced them with 125asx2btl amps...so now the amp is strictly for the front 3 channel woofers. I also built 3 new amps using the 50asx2btl amps, and each speaker has one next to jt for driving the compression drivers.

I now am working on building 3 amp switchers for me to be able to switch from the ampcamp amps to the 50asx2btl amps. In addition I am taking my other big case and making it into a Plex/ Roon Rock server with a Roon endpoint, and 10.1" touchscreen.

I hope to have these done by Christmas and also one prototype mini MEH without a cabinet. I want to make 2 without a cabinet with one having 4 15" woofers. In order to do this I need to order 4 more woofers still. The reason for wanting to go with 4 woofer and 4 amps is because of how much better my lower bass was after rewiring forcindividual amps per mono amp vs 2 speaker running off of 1 mono amp.

Today I spent the afternoon at my friends shop telling him what I want and then he programmed the CNC for the project. The results of today are in the pics. What I am doing is reconfiguring my 6 channel amp into a 7 channel amp. The amp will be powering the front 3 speakers woofers, and 4 height channels (each speaker will have its own 170w (or in the case of the front 3 200w per woofer) mono amp). The amp will be going back to one power cord, and will have 3 power switches on the front panel. 1 button for stereo, 1 for center, and 1 for the heights. I am trying to mix mahagony wood with aluminum for all my amps, router, and my Roon server. My speakers are all mahogany...as is my rack too. On the rear panel I decided to use a number instead of words for each input and output pair. I figured there was no need to put input of output as it is obviously XLRs for input, Speakon for outputs, and a single blue Powercon for power.
This week I am going to try and get the holes in the aluminum front plate drilled, contact cement the 1/4" wood to the aluminum original faceplate, sand, and clearcoat. Then drill mounting holes for the rear panel, and all the inputs, outputs and power, sand, clearcoat and assemble.

New rack is built of Parota hardwood, and is a flexi-rack. The rack has (7) m6 allthread rods covered with carbon fiber tubes, a metal frame spaced below each shelf with a 1/2" aluminum spacer and a rubber washer. The cf tubes are a.igned on the rods with aluminum bicycle handlebar covers and have a handle bar aluminum anodized spacer for decoration. The rack also has (4) 5/8" allthread rods for maximum strength. The whole rack empty is over 500lbs and has ( stainless steel ball casters under the bottom shelf. I have another shelf and a top I can add. Once I decide on the total height...I am adding large custom (speaker grills) grills to the sides and front to prevent dust.

New F20 horn subs, and Mesquite woofer mounts. Speakers are now run boxless, run celestion axi2050 comp drivers in the top only horns, and 2 celestion ftr15-3070c woofers per horn.

Finally getting close to completion. Next year will also be time to upgrade the Marantz av8805a. Looking at Storm Audio, Trinnov if I can get enough money saved up before we move to the EU. If not...then I will most likely look at a Monoprice htp1... Marantz will go for sale as it is 120v, and that will not cut it in Europe without a transformer, and then it has zero resale in Europe.

Hopefully beginning of the year I will have a 5' wide Mesquite hardwood  OB center channel completed. The center will have (temporarily, until I get another axi2050) a ev dh1 a comp driver and 2 celestion ftr12-3070c woofers. The surrounds will  also be OB, and made of Mesquite hardwood...with 1 single Celestion ftr15-3070c woofer and a JBL 238OA horn and a celeasion axi2050 comp driver. Surrounds, center, and the 4 height channels will be powered by Icepower 50asx2btl, and 125asx2BTL amp modules for the time being.
