I'm getting a jump on " Throwback Thursday " ! 
Anyone ever have two projectors installed at the same time? I've had 3 " stacks ". " Stack " #1 - an NEC HT 1000 / Optoma H79 stack, in an enclosed double soffit ventilated by an exhaust fan. Probably 2006.

Oh yeah...did you watch the video I posted a while back? Best tutorial I've seen.

Nice, I've thought about getting one of those mics and setting up REW.  Not sure what it's going to really help me with other than maybe figuring out where to try and put some sort of sound dampening that's living room friendly.  Can't really move speakers anywhere other than playing with toe-in.

Change your vertical scale to every 5hz. Every 10 make the measurement look flatter than it actually is. Yes, this is a huge rabbit hole.  For me it has lead to new speakers, new subs, more subs and more amps. Also to a baffle wall system and EQ devices like MiniDSP 10x10HD's and a couple DBX Driverack PA2's. That cheap little mic can get very expensive.

I'll say one thing - you need to make sure you have long enough cables to connect everything - which I did !

Since my equipment is remote located, I have a long USB cable run to my rack, a spare HDMI cable to my rack and a 75' XLR cable.

Calibrating with a laptop made having cables to connect everything to the laptop essential. I'm going to work on the subs again tonight and see if I can improve things now that I've done it once and know how to set everything up.

Once you figure out to get all the subs to play nice together for maximum output the rest is relatively simple (especially with the newer Mini-DSP). This may arguably be the best upgrade I've ever done to my system although the learning curve was rather steep. It was well worth the time invested.

Did another run through last night using the video as a guide. Not a perfect curve but better. Added EQ. Ran Audyssey. Tested some movies. WOW ! For some reason everything sounds better - not just the bass, and the bass is tight and hits hard at times. The beginning of The Greatest Showman is better than ever. I might need to replace my old PC12 Plus subs - they struggle to keep up with the pairs of SB2000's in front. Rabbit hole but a fun one !
