JVC USA now offering a short throw lens option on the RS4500/RS3000. With this lens the throw ratio for 16:9 is now 1.00-1.39:1.

Where is the center of gravity on the RS3000?
Trying to prep a new mounting plate/shelf for my 100 lb swing and pivot arm.
CofG info would let me set the pivot under the projector's
CofG
and have everything ready prior to machine arrival.
My current machine probably has its
CofG
further back without the RS3000's heavy lens.
The RS3000 will stand atop the swiveling plate of my mounting arm. So, CofG relative to the feet/mounting holes would be most helpful.

Answering myself...
I found COG about 10 inches forward from rear of the RS3000. It's a rough COG determination as I only balanced it on a 1/2 wide board.
That's about an inch forward of center between the mounting holes/feet.
Unit is heavy enough to be tempted to install a ceiling hoist like the old CRT projection days.
