I saw the stage play and didn't love it. I made it through the first movie and will try and review this one, but my expectations are quite low. 

Highlight of the stage play was talking with Patty Duke when it was over. She was a really nice lady and was kind to spend time with my mom who had recently lost her husband.

That's a great story!  I always thought Patty Duke deserved more work, she was always very likeable.  it must have been a special moment for your mother.

It was for all of us. My Mom started to cry and Patry Duke gave her a hug. It was very touching. It was sad the way she died in 2016 too from sepsis. Much too young at 69.
