We have discussed this movie a great deal, but I do not remember anyone posting about the 4K version.
The cinematherapy is exceptional, the camerawork is just great. The images are very colorful and detailed. The set designers get an A+ and so do the costume designers. This is one of the best looking 4Ks I have.
The cast is damn good. Kurt Russell as Wyatt Earp; Val Kilmer as Doc Holliday; Sam Elliott as Virgil Earp; Bill Paxton as Morgan Earp; Powers Boothe as "Curly Bill" Brocius; Charlton Heston as Henry Hooker; Thomas Haden Church as Billy Clanton and Dana Delany as Josephine Marcus
I also appreciated the musical score by Bruce Broughton. In every aspect, this remake of the Shootout at the OK Corral is done extremely well.
It just isn’t the movie for me. It is too violent. Not only that the people in the movie do not react to the violence, even when it kills people they know. SO I give it a “good” rating, but the production behind it is spectacular. This is a great looking disc.
