Sounds like a config issue. ::)

(I.e. that is an automated type message, that should be set to NOT go to users who are currently banned or whatever other conditions.)

I'm super happy that moderation is light here, and the members are considerate and thoughtful enough to not require it in the first place.  (Other than the occasional spam account.)

Yeah, I figured that. I tried to click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of their email but guess what, I can't reach it since I am banned. I sent them a "Contact us" message but I doubt they saw it.

You could sue them using the Federal "Anti-Spam" law ;)

I really need to check  on that. Since the unsubscribe function is NOT working how the heck are they supposed to comply with the law?
