What a game and comeback tonight by the Niners. Lions just had too many dropped passes and misses on 4th down plays. I know David went on quite the roller coaster ride tonight with that 24-7 halftime score!

Mahomes & Reid are just so tough, as Baltimore found out - KC's D has been incredible. Not sure SF can afford for Purdy to have another stinker for a full half vs the Chiefs. Great matchup though.

Is anybody else besides me tired of seeing "Tay-Tay" every time Kelce makes a play? He's not the only member on the team, but I guess it helps that he is dating one of the most famous people on the planet. It's a football game, not the Grammy's

I would have loved to see the Ravens and the Lions go to the SuperBowl since my beloved Bills were out of the picture.

Methinks some people are protesting too much. 

(For the record, I'm neither a Swifty, nor a hater... haven't listened to any of her music but she seems like one of the nicest and most grounded stars.)

Sorry for the late reply...I've been travelling all week on business (even on Sunday). I was lucky hotel security wasn't called on me with shouts of joy in the second half when they rolled off 27 straight points. Of all the contenders out of the AFC, KC would be the one that I'd want to play. Outside of Kelce and Mahommes, their offense isn't as potent as in past years and their defensive front isn't elite (they have injuries also). Purdy didn't play well in the first half due to poor offensive blocking, but man did he turn things up in the second half. In fact, his QBR was 99.1 (100 is perfect) in the second half--best half of football a QB has ever played in a playoff game in the history of the NFL (seriously...that's a fact). I think the 49ers win the game 27-23 in a nail biter.

I didn't realize that about Purdy's 2nd half. 

BTW, the 158.7 for the passer rating # the NFL uses, is a "max" that the calculation produces, not a "perfect score". (Not sure what that would be other than a TD on every pass lol.)

I don't have a big favorite for the SB, but I would just say this - Andy Reid isn't making the mistakes that Dan Campbell made. Nor will Mahomes, in all likelihood. Niners will have to play a more complete game to win this one. KC's D has been great all year and due to the star at QB still doesn't quite get the credit it probably deserves for them being in Vegas for this game.
