Depends on the show. I bought Battlestar Galactica, Rome, Homeland, Chernobyl and the first 4 seasons of The Expanse. And Station Eleven, which we are currently watching.

Seriously... I have bought some TV shows and I virtually never take the time to rewatch so I backed off. So many shows are available in some form now on streaming, and most of them don't really benefit that much from the upgraded A/V possible on physical media. The one show I'm thinking about buying is the new Blu-ray of the complete Babylon 5 series, which took over a decade to get approved.
