What a great interview. Jim certainly built his business up the right way by putting the people's needs first. Very important in this hobby as it can be hit and miss at the best of times. Also sounds like he has a great crew working around him. Fully enjoyed this thanks for posting.

And the Radiance Pro has been a game changer for a lot of us. Especially if you have a scope screen and a DCR lens like I do.

I have been nothing short of blown away by the lumagen 

Everything I read. Watch. And all my emails to Jim are nothing but respectful and knowledgeable 

Funny though the guy I bought my lumagen off has the exact opposite opinion of Jim. Which is very odd. And curiously he now is a big madenvy fan as he just bought one. Lol

Jim and the crew have announced a new top of the line video Processor. This new top of the line model has reduced output jitter and electrical noise. It has 10 18G inputs, two 18G output and one audio only output. All of this in only 1U case.
