Can't wait for the 4K Blu-ray to come out ( although I imagine it will be a few months ).
Hopefully the audio isn't crippled!

And this one is three hours long and has made a fortune in no time.

Tracy, did they cheer?  They did at my showing.
I went to the Thu opening night showing at 7:20.

Tons of kiddos. It seemed like there were at least a couple of large groups there. They screamed and cheered so loudly in the last act I thought I was at a One Direction (or whatever tween sensation) concert. There was even what sounded like a ref whistle blown a couple of times, but maybe it was just a particularly shrill scream.

Will be glad to watch it at home again, but that was definitely a "note to self" moment about watching a big movie at a time like that. (It was a serendipitous thing - a friend's son canceled and he invited me to go in his place.)

It was a nice wrap up of the 11 year story line overall, and some of the characters who are leaving. I did feel the way the re-emergence of the revived superheroes was not done in a way that made it very dramatic - it was a sudden arrival of an overwhelming force. I suppose that's what a lot of folks wanted to see, though - the good guys just kicking serious butt.

You just want to have a glass of wine or two while you watch. It has nothing to do with the fighting crowds of rowdy teenagers :)
