Its Disney...nothing ever goes on sale!
And I can't buy it on Blu-ray, on Amazon, on release day.

You are almost there, Barry. I think my fifth one showed up at 100 posts.

It's strange to go from 15,000+ posts to 100. We're all little fish in the AV pond, again. ::)

Just saw this movie earlier today. Wow. Amazing movie. Theater was packed.. Highly recommended. Bring tissues, some scenes get very emotional.

People cried at one point, will not say when, but you know when..

There was clapping when the reinforcements came out.

At the end of the movie, no sound. People stayed for the credits but there were no post work shown. Some people ran from the theater to go to to the bathroom. No big super size drinks please.. lol.

Spoiler Alert

There was an after credit moment. Nothing was seen, but you heard Tony Stark hammering on his new armor when he was imprisoned in Iron Man 1

Right. That sound was the only extra. I did like the Stan Lee scene.

Overall, I liked it.

Now, the question for me, is to get the 3d version or not once it is available on bluray. My TV and Oppo is 3d able and 1080p..

I saw the movie in 3D imax.  The movie was not shot in 3D, it was the first movie (along with Infinity War) to be shot completely in IMax.  Therefore there are no great moments of 3D.  I will get my disc in 4K then.  However the 3D  disc often comes with the regular blue ray disc. sadly, there is no 4k 3D.

Can't wait for the 4K Blu-ray to come out ( although I imagine it will be a few months ).
