Most of my Bluray collection is the typical action/sci-fi/horror fair but I have a few classics as well.Last weekend I slid in Scarface. You know that feeling when something just clicks? Even though I have seen it several times I was completed absorbed, as if it was the first spin. Many people have no interest in watching a movie more than once. Thankfully I'm not one of them.
We had a double header. The Girl on the TrainDeepwater Horizon
Paid for yet?
watched Arrival 4k last night....transfer is...DARK...but i have read thats how it was supposed to be the parts that weren't crushed blacks were very nice....the sound was INCREDIBLEcool story....i think it will get better the more times I see it
I'm really looking forward to this 4K Blu Ray - I should have mine soon!
Will be interested to hear how your projector does with the Arrival UHD disc. With Gamma D in my RS500 it was unwatchable in HDR due to how dark it is mastered. I had to switch to BT.2020 SDR.I did have better luck with this title in HDR when testing some of the new custom gammas that Manni is creating in the other forum.
