Glad to see this groundbreaking TV show get a special anniversary edition on Blu-ray.  Great gift idea for fans!  The Blu-ray set is currently just a few dollars more than the DVD set.

The restoration for the original Blu-ray release was amazing (and still is). I believe Paramount turned a profit on this one so they went to TNG next and unfortunately, the fans didn't buy enough copies to make the restoration profitable.
