From the Arrow Video press release:

On July 14, the blockbuster hybrid spaghetti western/samurai classic Red Sun dawns on 4K UHD. The movie unites four international superstars under the direction of Terence Young (Dr. No, Thunderball) in the rugged Almería region of Spain. The Limited Edition release features a brand new definitive 4K restoration, hours of special features and newly commissioned extras. A Blu-ray edition will also be available.

Outlaw Link Stuart (Charles Bronson, The Magnificent Seven) teams up with samurai bodyguard Kuroda (Toshirō Mifune, Seven Samurai) to track down gang leader Gauche (Alain Delon, Le Samouraï). Link wants revenge after being double-crossed during a train robbery by his old partner, while Kuroda must recover a gold-handled tachi sword stolen by Gauche before the Japanese ambassador is forced to face dire consequences for failing to present the ceremonial sword to the U.S. President. Link and Kuroda form an uneasy alliance where the samurai way meets cowboy survival. To make it through the harsh desert and its deadly surprises, the two men will have to learn from each other, trust each other and stay one step ahead of Gauche. The movie also stars Ursula Andress (Dr. No).

Special features include a 4K (2160p) UHD Blu-ray presentation in Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible); original lossless mono audio; optional English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing; a brand new audio commentary; a brand new appreciation of the film; a brand new visual essay; a new appreciation of Alain Delon; an archival behind-the-scenes look at the film; an archival television interview with Terence Young and Toshirō Mifune; the theatrical trailer; an image gallery; and a collectors’ booklet.

Red Sun is distributed by MVD Entertainment Group.

While this is common now, Red Sun has to be one of the earliest mashup movies, with a cowboy and samurai.  Impressive cast, as well.
