From the Arrow press release:

On October 21, the two horror anthologies Three / Three… Extremes reveal six frightening tales by high profile directors from Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Thailand. The limited edition Blu-ray features a brand new 2K restorations of both films, packed with hours of special features.

Three unites a trio of short films about forgotten events, curses, and resurrections. “Memories” by Kim Jee-woon (I Saw the Devil) features a husband visiting a psychiatrist to recover his memory of what happened on the day his wife disappeared. His wife wakes up in a housing complex with no recollection of how she arrived there. “The Wheel” by Nonzee Nimibutr (Nang Nak) exposes the supernatural force within traditional Thai puppets. A puppet master swears he’s cursed by his puppets after a drastic deed involving his family. A widowed cop discovers his neighbor is using Chinese medicine to fix things with his wife in “Going Home” by Peter Ho-Sun Chan (Comrades: Almost a Love Story).

Three… Extremes amps up the horror with a trio of directors eager to shock the audience. “Dumplings,” directed by Fruit Chan (Made in Hong Kong), explores the unthinkable extremes a person will embrace to regain their youth. Mrs. Li (Miriam Yeung, Anna of Kung-Fu Land) wants to get rid of her wrinkles, so she visits the mystical Mei (Bai Ling, The Crow), whose rejuvenating dumplings contain a surprising secret ingredient. Directed by Park Chan-wook (Oldboy), “Cut” centers on the kidnapping of a director and his wife by an actor who had been an extra in his films. A novelist recalls her bizarre and abusive time in the circus with her sister for “Box” by director Takashi Miike (Audition).

Special features include a high definition (1080p) Blu-ray presentation of both films; original 5.1 DTS-HD MA surround audio and lossless stereo audio on both films; optional English subtitles for both films; a reversible sleeve featuring newly commissioned artwork for both films; an illustrated collector’s booklet featuring new writing on the films; a double-sided foldout poster featuring newly commissioned artwork; brand new interviews with producer and “Going Home” director Peter Ho-Sun Chan, “Memories” director Kim Jee-woon, and cinematographer Hong Kyoung-pyo; Terror Without Borders, a newly edited interview with Peter Ho-Sun Chan, filmed in 2005 by Frédéric Ambroisine; Between Life and Death, a newly edited interview with “Going Home” star Eugenia Yuan, filmed in 2004 by Frédéric Ambroisine; archival interviews; a making-of featurette; the original theatrical trailer; audio commentary on the segment “Box” by director Takashi Miike; Cooking Dumplings, a brand new interview with “Dumplings” director Fruit Chan; Something a Little More Beautiful, a brand new interview with Takashi Miike; Taste, Taboo and Truth, a newly edited interview with Fruit Chan, filmed in 2004 by Frédéric Ambroisine; More Than Skin Deep, a newly edited interview with “Dumplings” star Bai Ling, filmed in 2005 by Frédéric Ambroisine; making-of featurettes for each segment; trailers for Three...
