Does Anyone have the Sofabaton X15 remote?
We were thinking of getting one, but we couldn’t see how we can change our Cable channels because there Aren’t any chat buttons.

I've never used one of these, but there are some members in a Discord group that are semi-happy with them.
Here's a review from Amazon that might give you the answer you're looking for:
Sofabaton Remote
With Logitech exiting the Harmony remote market, there aren't many options to choose from these days. A decade ago, I would have happily recommended URC's remotes. But now they have made their software available to dealers only (and a few of us customers that were grandfathered in), so unless you want to pay someone every time you add equipment or would like to change things, I can't recommend them anymore.
If you're handy with a cell phone or tablet, you could use HTWebRemote. The guy that created it is in our local HT group and great at creating tools like this. Best of all, it's free!
There's a thread dedicated to it at the other forum:

Sofabaton released a new remote a few weeks ago, the X2, which looks like it's substantially closer to the Harmony gold standard of activity based remotes.
