Because of her autoimmune disease, teenager Izzy (Zelda Adams) lives in the woods with her mother (Toby Poser) in a remote house. They lead a wholesome life, including foraging in the forest for their strict vegan diet. Izzy is home schooled to protect her from other kids that could expose her to germs. Her biggest joy comes from making heavy metal music with her mom. One day when mom is away, Izzy breaks the rules and meets a teenage girl who lives nearby. After accepting a dare involving a worm from her new friend, Izzy learns something very shocking about herself and her family history.

I don't know how spoilery it is, but the trailer has a really imaginative look and feel to it. Plus, check out all of those extras. This is another full package.
