From the Universal press release:

Universal City, California, September 24, 2024 - Today marks 20 bloody years for SHAUN OF THE DEAD, the greatest zom-com ever made. To celebrate, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, Focus Features and Studiocanal have partnered with director Edgar Wright to remaster the movie in 4K Ultra HD with Dolby Vision and immersive Dolby Atmos sound. Fans can own the remastered version on digital and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and access a new, never-before-seen bonus piece featuring Edgar Wright along with stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. Hours of existing bonus will also be made available for the first time on participating digital platforms, including Apple TV, Movies Anywhere, and Fandango at Home.

Directed by legendary filmmaker Edgar Wright (Baby Driver, Last Night in Soho), SHAUN OF THE DEAD boasts a fan-favorite cast starring Simon Pegg (Hot Fuzz, Star Trek), Nick Frost (The World’s End, Paul), Kate Ashfield (Beyond Borders), Lucy Davis (Wonder Woman, “The Office”), and more!

There comes a day in every man’s life when he has to get off the couch…and kill some zombies. When flesh-eating zombies are on the hunt for a bite to eat, it’s up to slacker Shaun (Simon Pegg) and his best pal Ed (Nick Frost) to save their friends and family from becoming the next entrée. Great - love this movie! The last 4K remaster looked a little rough.

Yes, you can certainly call it a trilogy.  The fans and team themselves refer to it as The Cornetto Trilogy, Three Flavours Cornetto, or the Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy:  Three Flavours Cornetto - Wikipedia

I'd love to see the three of them get back together to make something new, but it just doesn't seem to be happening.

End of the world is good but not as good as the first two. Hot fuzz is my favorite. Awesome bass in it too
