So I've been checking the site periodically and discovered that they are adding new items to redeem and finally found something my wife would like for 12,500 points:

While it was a lot of points, it does include shipping and I'd rather get this than let the points go to waste. Once it arrives, I'll let everyone know if it's decent quality or not.
I forgot to report on this, but it arrived last month and shockingly, the quality is outstanding and my wife loves it. Looks to be something that would go for around $100 in stores.
