Hello all! Here is our tentative schedule for the main Home Theater Seminar room at our Denver events, March 11 and 12, 1 - 6 pm. Please keep in mind this is tentative and may change. Right now close to one hundred, spread over the three different days. Saturday the 11th is getting prettty close to full, but we still have decent availability for Sunday the 12th and Saturday the 18th (Colorado Springs).

For anyone who missed the event don't forget that we have an additional seminar planned for this Saturday, March 18, in Colorado Springs. While the overall seminar schedule will be the same, this time we will have the JVC DLA-RS4500 and DLA-RS620 JVC projectors (and screens from Stewart) in the same room. Same is true for the Revel F208 / C208 / M106 surround system and JBL M2 / LSR708i / S2S-EX / C763L Atmos system. The Colorado Springs event will be from 1-6 pm at the Colorado Springs Marriott, 5580 Tech Center Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. Chris Deutsch from JVC and Gregg Loewen from THX will be special presenters.

For anyone who attended the Denver event on Saturday, we'd like to invite you back to the Colorado Springs event at no charge. We found out after checking a few sound anomalies during our Saturday session that the JBL M2 Master Studio Reference Monitors and S2S-EX subwoofers were mis-calibrated. If you’d like another chance to audition these amazing speakers, please feel free to attend our Colorado Springs event this Saturday. Again, not a sales event - this is educational only.

Primarily wanting to see/evaluate the JVC RS-4500 in action, I flew from Nashville to Denver for last Sunday's seminar.  Not residing in CO and since I already own a JVC RS-600, Anthem AVM-60 and Oppo 203, plus lots of other gear, I wasn't a potential new customer prospect for John Schurermann and Brad Waite of The Screening Room. If I did live in CO, I wouldn't hesitate to engage them to consult/evaluate/improve my present media room. 

The event was absolutely phenomenal and far exceeded my expectations! The topics covered were thorough and excellent! I subscribe to all the major home theater/audio mag's and A/V Internet forums and I've read a lot of articles on the topics they covered. But for the first time, I "got" several concepts I had previously struggled with, because of the quality of the slides and the various speakers' skill and patience in explaining them. The seminar started at 1pm, was supposed to end at 6pm, but ran over to almost 7pm because of Q&A from us attendees. Of course, the A/V demonstrations were as awesome as one would expect.

If anyone can get to Colorado Springs for the 3rd event tomorrow, Sat March 18, by all means do it!

So I want to THANK all of the speakers for the generosity of this free event, which had to cost someone some significant coin to arrange and put on. I'm a hotel developer/operator myself so I know those terrific display rooms at the Denver Marriott Tech Center were not free. They had to have spent a lot of time to haul all that gear there, set it up and then have Kris Deering and associates fly in to calibrate it and then break it all down again.

Thanks for the post. We talked about this projector back in September last year. I received my RS4500 about a month and half ago. As I told you on the other forum, you are welcome anytime, to see my 4500. That goes for anybody else that can get to south central Kentucky.

You're right - it wasn't a cheap event to put on! Thanks to JVC, Harman and Stewart for helping out with costs - and thanks to discuss.avscience for letting us write about it here!
