After reading David’s review we got and viewed the Ten Commandments and it was an incredible 4K presentation. There was no CGI then so scenes with a lot of people needed a lot of people. I was particularly taken with the scene, towards the end, of thousands of people, at the last minute, fleeing a tyrant who had no concern for them. The packed only what they could carry, leaving their homes where they lived all their lives. Many had to carry their children, their children often taking their pets and holding onto their dolls, leaving everything behind. They walk off not knowing if and when they will eat again and will they will settle. How sad it must be to leave your homeland, knowing you may never return.
