This is a great little survival film. I watched it the other night with a room full of guests. Everyone enjoyed it, and found it interesting and realistic. Mads Mikkelsen gives a great performance. It's pretty much a one man show. Having been injured in southern Patagonia, and having spent quite a bit of time winter mountaineering the Sierra Nevada, this film reminded me how I hate cold !

The cinematography is gorgeous, having been all shot on location in Iceland. This is a good looking Blu-ray. The audio consists of a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 lossless soundtrack, which sounded good. 

There are a few short but interesting extras. 

All in all, I enjoyed this film. I'l looking forward to a 2nd viewing with friends. If you like survival movies ( or Mads Mikkelsen ), check this out.
