Sicario: Day of the Soldado 4K Blu-ray

Audio - 9.5
Movie - 9 ( I loved it anyway - your mileage may vary )

This sequel to Sicario is darker, grittier and more violent. We watched the first movie one night and this the next night. Everyone liked it.

The picture is very sharp and clean on my RS4500. Shadow detail on the opening night scenes and other dark scenes is very good. The color and clarity of this disc is top notch in my opinion.

The Dolby Atmos soundtrack makes use of all 13 speakers in my theater with my Denon X8500. All in all, if you liked the first one, this sequel is a good follow up with demo worthy picture and sound.

For sure - they need one more movie to wrap up the trilogy. Same with John Wick !
