The Town is one of my favorite movies. Had it on Blu-ray, so picking up the 4K Blu-ray after reading some positive reviews was a given. Since this is a catalog title, it's not going to look or sound as good as a recent 4K movie. Never the less, I'm pleased at the upgrade. There are some soft focus shots - they were apparently filmed that way. Some scenes certainly look sharp - and black levels are surprisingly good on my RS4500. The soundtrack is the same as the Blu-ray ( DTS-HD MA 5.1 ) which sounds good, if not the deepest LFE. Overall I'm glad I upgraded this movie to 4K - probably the best it will look. Great film, great cast !
