Lens Contrast Tuning for Professional Projectors from Barco and Christie
We are excited to announce our new partnership with DCI-Central from the USA to further advance the topic of lens contrast tuning for professional projectors in the high-end home cinema sector.
Through this exclusive collaboration, we offer a tailored solution that elevates the contrast and image quality, particularly for Barco and Christie projectors, to a new level. Further notes :
The lens contrast tuning or modification is always slightly different depending on the model and type. It also depends on what kind of throw ratio is required.
In total, this means that there is no uniform contrast value.
The base value for the lens contrast tuning is therefore between 8500 - 10000:1.
However, we are working on further increases and in certain constellations of projector and lens, higher contrast values are already achievable.
