AV Science Post-CEDIA Expo

AV Science is hosting a weekend expo in late October. This will be a great opportunity to see and hear some high end gear.

Several noteworthy manufactures are attending and showing off gear. JVC and Stewart Filmscreen will be teaming up to show native 8K and 4K120hz content not seen before at a consumer event through a JVC DLA-RS4100. Sound United will be showing off their new line of Marantz, Denon and B&W products.

I know people like to go to CEDIA to check out projectors and audio system components, but I can tell you from personal experience, the booths at most trade shows are not ideal places to demo projectors or sound systems. This event will be hosted inside Sound United's headquarters in Carlsbad, CA in a dedicated space far more optimized than the booths at CEDIA. For those living close enough or who are willing to travel, this could be a good opportunity to check out some of this gear for free and ask the manufacturers questions.
