how to do we shop on AVS?

I was referred to AVS from a fellow on Discord with my woes getting local HT installer sourcing a JVC projector.  Short story long, I contacted AVS and got an order in place for RS2100.  Everything came in and was great.  I needed a remote but the URC MRX-990 and MRF-260 was a bit more than I expected since I am not an installer and access to the software is limited.  Expensive bricks without the software.  I requested an RMA for store credit and AVS was accommodating.  I'm not sure the exact amount but invoice was $499 and $149 respectively for the items I returned.  How do we shop pro products with store credit?
