Looking for a small amp to drive external speakers & BT Earbuds from TV

I am having difficulty finding an amp that I can switch from driving wired speakers to driving audio to my Bluetooth earbuds.  I see discrete devices that just do the ladder, but I would like to buy a combined device (less wiring and power cables)  Its going in my motorhome.  -Bill
