The Infiltrator with Bryan CranstonThe Duel with Woody HarrelsonEquals (which has a story somewhat similar to Gattaca)
Yesterday's viewing was Vertigo and An American in Paris. I had never seen either... /ducks
Those are classic films !!
I've watched and own a ton of classic movies but there's still a ton I haven't seen. I'm getting through them as I can though!
While my wife isn't a big fan of black and white films, I'm pretty close to buying the new Marx Brothers 5 movie collection, as those are hilarious ! And we are going to screen " Singing In The Rain " for New Years Eve ( doing a Chinese take out / movie night for friends ).
Just finished U571 whos a nice movie to watch on the CRT projector with all the dark scenes.
My wife wasn't a big fan of the B&W either but that was because she had a preconception that they were boring. I can't remember which ones I chose now (I want to say Casablanca and It's a Wonderful Life) but I picked a couple classics to show her and now we've easily watched 300+ B&W films and some of her favorites are old B&Ws.In regards to Singing in the the Rain, will this be her first viewing? It's a huge favorite in this house!
as well as a sub workout
