Nerve was a really original, fun indie film. Julia Robert's niece was quite good. Soundtrack was awesome. I can see that happening in real life too - which always makes a movie just that much more scary !

Watched " Anthropoid " last night. Loved it - excellent war movie based on a true story. Watch the making of extra to see the effort put into making it as true to what happened as a movie can be. This one is going into my war movie collection !

I watched Delirious (John Candy) and Stagecoach yesterday. I had never seen either but both were enjoyable in their own way. Stagecoach was a treat and I was really impressed with some of the stunt work later in the film. It's too bad the original negative is lost as the print(s) they used definitely have a lot of damage. Even still, Criterion did a good job with what they had to work with and it wasn't bad enough to take away from my enjoyment of the film.

Escape from Alcatraz (Eastwood).

I had to watch it on my puny 51" Samsung plasma.  Not fun without a projector as I sold my RS4810 and very much looking forward to when my new RS500 arrives (and especially when it gets calibrated by Chad B).

I watched " Days of Glory " last night. An interesting WWII war movie, from a totally different perspective -
