I'm not surprised by this: A ComScore report has revealed that Netflix gets more viewing time in the US than rivals Amazon, Hulu and YouTube combined.

When it said Netflix is the standard choice in 54% of homes, does that mean Netflix is now more popular than cable?

" The data shows Netflix holds a 40 per cent share of total viewing hours of an OTT service " - what's an OTT service ?

Over-the-top content (OTT) is a term used in broadcasting and technology business reporting to refer to audio, video, and other media transmitted via the Internet as a standalone product, that is, without an operator of multiple cable or direct-broadcast satellite television systems (so-called multiple-system operators) controlling or distributing the content.

I guess Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, ETC... are all OTT.
