From the Arrow Video US press release:
On October 27, step into the glorious age of direct-to-VHS movies as Enter the Video Store: Video Vengeance upgrades five macho action films to Blu-ray. The movies feature notable stars delivering adrenaline-pumping thrillers made for the small screen. The Limited Edition release features brand new 2K restorations from the original 35mm camera negatives on four films and a High Definition (1080p) Blu-ray presentation with additional picture restoration by Arrow Films on R.O.T.O.R.

The Final Alliance brings Will Colton (David Hasselhoff, Baywatch) and his pet puma home to battle a motorcycle gang led by the albino Ghost (John Saxon, Enter the Dragon). A humanoid robot breaks out of the laboratory and hits the streets of Dallas ready to administer its own glitchy brand of justice in R.O.T.O.R.. Hangfire burns when Sheriff Ike Slayton (Brad Davis, Midnight Express) and National Guard Colonel Johnson (Jan-Michael Vincent, The Mechanic) clash when escaped convicts take hostages in a small town. Corrupt cop Franklin L. Severance (George Segal, The Hot Rock) chases after wrongly convicted killer Wellman Santee (Dolph Lundgren, The Expendables) in Joshua Tree.

I recognized Vic Armstrong's name from his many years as a stunt performer (most notably for Harrison Ford) but didn't realize he was also a director. He has a significant number of credits for second unit and action directing as well. Love to see that these smaller movies are getting such a fine treatment.
