Toy Story 5
This is a good movie, but not an outstanding one. We have met most of these characters before and most of them are in the background of this movie. Buzz and Woody are supporting players here, mostly in the background.
The main character here is Jesse. If you recall in Toy story 2, there was a sad song about how she was played with when her owner was young and abandoned when her older grew older. That is really the centerpiece of this movie which relates to that scene very often.
The premise of the movie is that tablets and iPads isolate children, and they don’t learn to play with each other. Their lives become rather solitary. Toys, invites interaction, and therefore creates friendships, something that may be missing from their lives.
I enjoyed the movie and the animation is incredible. My 10-year-old nephew gave it a six out of 10, which is about right. Well, I would give it a seven. But there was really nothing new here or innovative, but it is very watchable and there is a good lesson here.
Just stay to the very end there is a scene after the closing credits.

I stopped seeing these at 3. Wonder if it’s worth seeing 4 and 5
