And what the 4K Alice in Wonderland looks like!!!
Disney has released it’s 1951 version of Alice on 4K and it looks stunning. The colors are brilliant and vibrant, and the picture is absolutely very sharp. It is presented in its original aspect ratio of 1:27, the previous blu-ray was released in 1:32.
The sound is DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and it fills up the room beautifully.

The story takes a young Alice on a weird and, if made today, wild LSD trip to the world of Wonderland. The animation is great, although not quite as good as it was on Snow White and Pinocchio. Disney had a major and famous strike in 1941 and among it’s many results, Disney cut back on the quality of animation. But Alice still looks very good.
The 4K has no bonus features, but the Blu Ray disc is included and it has several.
