Was really looking forward to Beau is Afraid (from the director of Hereditary and Midsommar) and Sisu, but Netflix doesn't even have an option to add them to my queue.  This may signal the premature end of their mail service.  :(

Yep, that's two months from now.  Makes me wonder when they'll stop buying new titles.  Glancing through the list, I do see that that they are offering Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret.  It's either a studio-by-studio basis, or the other titles may just be subject to their somewhat standard 30-day delay.

Either way, the end is near.

Well that sucks. Since I am so far behind on watching new releases, I was thinking about getting a subscription for a few months.

I am still not a fan of streaming vs a physical disc. They still have not been able to match the audio quality.

My copy of Sisu should be here Wednesday. I'll probably wait a while to get Beau Is Afraid since I doubt it's a film my wife will like.

I'm right there with you.  Do you have any Redboxes near you?  Otherwise there's store-3d-blurayrental.com (https://www.store-3d-blurayrental.com/) and https://www.gamefly.com/ (https://www.gamefly.com/)

Both of those last two names are slight misnomers, but they offer 4K disc rentals.

I haven't decided which route to go to yet, but my decision will likely be accelerated with this decline in service.

I forget, have you seen Hereditary or Midsommar?

Both of those movies make Beau is Afraid a must watch for me, even though I've avoided reading anything about it.

We have quite a few Redbox locations here. It's pretty cool that you can buy the discs, fairly cheaply, after the first few weeks.

Yes, and I own both, but I have not had a chance to watch the 4K director cut of Midsommar yet. I've read the plot of Beau and I'll get it eventually for sure. It's just that I'm behind on movies anyway, so no big hurry.
