Just got confirmation that Netflix is sending John Wick 4 for us this weekend.  That's two first-run movies in a row from them.

Super-excited for this one, despite a scoundrel spoiling the ending for me.

I've had it on K-scape for a few weeks but haven't had a chance to see it since my wife hasn't had any other plans. She would hate it ;)

How about if you tell it's a movie about a man's love for, and commitment to, his dog?  ;)

Isn't that what JW1 is? ;D

Reminds me of the scene from Clerks II about the LOTR trilogy:

Yes but there can’t be a JW4 without a JW1 lol. So they are all about a man’s love for his dog

Supposedly it flys by faster than you would think. I'll find out Sat. night when my wife and a few friends come over to watch it. It's 38 minutes longer than #3.

You're in for a treat.  Two and Three continue the story add some interesting world building.

We just caught Chapter Three this weekend in preparation for Chapter Four and enjoyed it even as a rewatch.

I tried watching #4 when my wife was sleeping...big mistake. The LFE in the first five minutes of the film can wake the dead (and my sleeping wife). I got grounded ;)
