Of course a new jvc pJ is coming ahhaNot as far as I know. More an opportunity for more folks - like those in the So. Cal area, to see the current projectors, and screens, and maybe new audio offerings that would be shown at Cedia - which most can't attend.
I see AVS is having an expo where JVC will demo native 8k @ 120hz content using the RS4100.It's an 8K server.
First, I think the Expo is a great idea, I hope it turns into a big event. Second, let's talk 8k content on the JVC set to 8k? For us technical nerds that's enough to get me to attend.
I am really curious how much of a difference we can expect to see between 4k and 8k. It would deliver more color resolution and I dont think JVC would waste their time if there wasn't a perceivable difference.

For those of us who have not seen the demo did you notice more detail or was the 8k it more of a fill factor allowing you to sit closer? Did it make you want 8k? So many ?????
