I got my review copy yesterday and haven't had a time to watch it. My daughter, who is the biggest HP fan in the world, even hated the movie. She said that outside of a few scenes, it's a complete waste of time.

I hate hearing that. The HP franchise holds a special place in my heart. However, in my opinion, none of the movies that have been made after the original book series have been as engaging.

The first Fantastic Beasts was above-average. The second was middling (at best) and I guess the third is pretty bad. I'll know sometime this week when I get the courage to pop it into the player :D

kind of lost its way after the first. First one was charming
