Title: 3D glasses for JVC 3000
Post by: Barry on August 07, 2019, 10:58:49 AM
I have been enjoying my new JVC 3000, with my Panasonic 3000.. I am using the proper PK-EM2 emitter.
One of my glasses stopped working and I need to replace it. The book says to replace it with the PK-AG3 glasses.  I see some advertise the AG3P glasses, while most advertise the AG3G. Is there a difference? Should I be concerned?

And do you know a good dealer to buy the glasses from?

And while I am here is there anyway to make the picture a bit brighter? Just for the 3D.  I have these controls on on the Panasonic

You do not have to buy the JVC glasses. The much cheaper horizontal orientation glasses work with the 3000 and are actually the prefered glasses, if your screen retains polarization. The JVC glasses were designed for vertical orientation of the polarizers, which is what all the lamp based JVC's were, before this year.

Barry,

Order a pair of these and see how they work:  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BFO4XSA/?coliid=I3J8DB2CG270E9&colid=1WU6VLQ1M6JLU&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BFO4XSA/?coliid=I3J8DB2CG270E9&colid=1WU6VLQ1M6JLU&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it)

They are supposed to improve the brightness by a large measure.
